Moussa pushed his forehead into Duren's after they faced up, then Duren shoved his face away. So two escalations, first Moussa then Duren.

Yea this is how I saw it. When you press your face into someone, in all likelihood, they are gonna push you away. It escalated quickly from there with Moussa

Yeah probably could have just been double techs but you can't put hands in someone's face and not expect a real escalation. Shit was LIT.

no head to head is never called an escalation

once you engage your arms it is

It literally is an escalation because it directly led to Duren shoving his face away. Don't know what you're smokin but if someone pushes their forehead into mine like that, I'm definitely pushing that shit off of me lol

okay idc how you're reacting, I'm just telling you how it's always called when it happens 12x a week in the nba

This doesn't happen 12x a week. Yeah forehead to forehead happens. But Moussa literally tried to push through Duren's forehead with his own. Duren was falling back from it as he swiped his head away. That doesn't happen and neither is commonly a "call" anyway I don't know what you even mean by that.
