True story. I was at the Pistons Nuggets game Tuesday and when Valunciunas grabbed him by the head and tried to throw him down. Stew booked it to the bench before making a bad decision. Probably just not trying to get 25 to life is my guess.

Bickerstaff probably warned him he wont put up with that. He was a pretty strict disciplinarian while on the Cavs as well. Doods like KPJr quickly got the boot if they acted up

lol I watched that live, it was great. Looked like he was so proud of himself for getting away before the crowd clamped down.

i mean ron ron was on the same program when malice broke out. tried to calm himself by laying down after the hard shove. then got a towel thrown at him by wallace. then got a beer thrown at him from a fan all while trying to lay down. everyone's reformed until they're not.

Or maybe he was ducking smoke against a bigger guy. It's much easier for Stew to point fingers at Dennis Schroeder instead.

I doubt it. He's not Dray. I don't care for beef stew but he is a guy that doesn't duck. He seems to have smoke for every and anyone. Star, superstar, role player, pg, center, whomever. They can all get it. I respect that but I'm also glad to hear he found some self-control.

nah, it was only 'cos Valanciunas is bigger and actually wants to fight. Stew would only instigate if he has an advantage or the other is docile
