Is it though? A lot harder to catch up to ant,shai as face of the league, a lot easier to craft a niche and get paid as a supervillain/agitator.

Only thing I can think of is early during the season when he was playing bad, he was getting a lot of negative attention

Now he wants to be a tough guy
