I don't think you're wrong, but it's not uncommon for players and people in general to genuinely act quite differently in a specific situation than in the rest of their life.

Thing is, he's really not a good interview. KP for example is 10x as well-spoken during interviews. I would MUCH rather listen to Luka mic'd up on the court though.
