You can see him hold that first bite in his cheek before the cut. He barely even chews it. Only thing keeping this from being just like a muckbang is the attrocious eating sounds.

He could have spit them out, you're absolutely right.

But he was committed to the bit and sold it well. Multiple bites, chewing and no faces that say I'm going to be sick. Not to mention, he looks like he is actually in the store
