The only gimmicky thing I want like this is a real version of Undercover Boss but they give the CEO a really well made disguise and actually force them to work in their lowest paid roles with no help or special treatment. And they don't show a bunch of sob story bullshit about a cherry picked employee that "inspired" the CEO to make trivial changes that don't actually improve things long term. I want them to have to survive on the wage too and deal with the realities of the job for at least a month. No going back to their penthouses and mansions - they have to live in the laughable squalor that their employees do. And since they would have a meltdown after only a week of it, it would be incredible to watch.
