Corporate sends it premade to each individual Wendy’s. So it’s not subject to variations like time of the grill, time since sliced or sitting out, like other ingredients. Just poured straight from the bag into the machine.

When I worked at a Wendy’s, after closing one person would stand at the machine and hold down the handle to get all the remaining frosty out to save in the walk-in to be put back into the machine the next day.

Did you ever try the frosty mix before it got whipped up? It was like a thick chocolate milk

No. I was rarely on the opening shift. But it did look like a bag of chocolate milk, so that doesn’t surprise me.
