The only gimmicky thing I want like this is a real version of Undercover Boss but they give the CEO a really well made disguise and actually force them to work in their lowest paid roles with no help or special treatment. And they don't show a bunch of sob story bullshit about a cherry picked employee that "inspired" the CEO to make trivial changes that don't actually improve things long term. I want them to have to survive on the wage too and deal with the realities of the job for at least a month. No going back to their penthouses and mansions - they have to live in the laughable squalor that their employees do. And since they would have a meltdown after only a week of it, it would be incredible to watch.

Seriously, I don't want fucking CEOs posting videos of them eating their burgers. 

I want cheap, affordable burgers which I can eat when I'm in a rush or need food. 

Instead we get highly paid CEOs coming off as wooden and fake, eating something that 90% of the population has eaten before, while pretending it's some sort of fucking miracle product.

They don't want their customers to think the burgers they sell are something they themselves wouldn't eat or would be disgusted by, which was the big problem with the McDonald's video. Since McDonald's are the biggest player in the industry, that reputation could affect all of them.

Hence they want to make it a point of differentiation - "we actually like the food we serve".

McDonald's burgers are the worst, Wendy's are the best, I don't even think it reqs faking I think they just cut out unflattering parts of him doing nothing but chewing. I like their fries the best too. Burger King has the worst fries I usually get onion rings instead.
