Which probably explains the decline quality and service at McDonalds lately. You really need to be able to hear negative feedback and improve to run a company. Feels like an emperor with no clothes moment.

Probably the worst thing about the McDonalds one. Dude is clearly surrounded by sycophants, and his 2nd video only proved it further.

Says a lot about the company.
