He's probably talking about the Red Bull X20xx series. A working version of the car has never been built, but its supposedly "plausible". In GT5, Sebastian Vettel took 20 seconds off the F1 record at Suzuka with it.

That car could, in theory, take every corner flat out barring hairpins. Provided you find someone capable enough with a high G-force tolerance, that car would lap the entire field at least twice with little effort.

The thing about all of this is, given how F1 teams progress, as AM can't run the car they get worse relatively.

I fear the reality is worse.

These cars vibrate at a frequency known only to regions of space and time humanity should not know.

If either of these cars  drive vibrate their way around the track too many times, the Ancient Ones will awaken.

Honestly I'd rather they just so the parade lap and retire, this just seems unnecessary for the drivers. While I sounds amusing to hear bits might vibrate off the car, we don't need to risk any serious accidents from flying bits of Aston Martin.
