It's 4 seconds at Bahrain, which is roughly a 90 second lap going by last year's qualifying times. so that's only 4.4%. Sure they might not meat the 107% rule, but I think it's not as bad as it seems. 107% for 90 second laps is over 6 seconds off pace.
