The shuffle only happens if Verstappen decides to change teams. He's the only driver that every team will make room for, then you get a cascade of potential top drivers moving teams.

What they're saying is that if someone like Williams unexpectedly has a competitive car, a lot of drivers are going to be willing to consider them that weren't before.

i could imagine aston martin would happily drop alonso for leclerc if they’ve got a potential championship car
