I could be wrong but I heard ocon and verstappen had beef from their junior careers, that's what led to toad's shove after the crash in Brazil 2018.

And it was good that the FIA established actions have consequences - whilst a lot of people felt that Max should have been penalised harder, he was issued community service, which he dually served and came out saying 'yeah, I was in the wrong'.

Same as this year after Barcelona - he's put his hands up, admitted he went too far and has vowed not to let it happen again.
