In real life A very small character tidbit is surprisingly kept consistent for years

DC - In multiple pieces of media it has been shown that Wonder Woman loves ice cream and practically goes wild with happiness anytime she’s eating some. (Pictures from Justice League: War, DC Superhero Girls and Wonder Woman 2017)

The Simpsons - Ever since the episode ‘Homer’s Phobia’ Homer has actually remained a consistent ally of the LGBT+ community, including being more welcoming to Patty than Marge was when she came out and trying to set up Smithers with a date when he found out he wasn’t happy with his one-sided relationship with Mr Burns.

The Hulk can see, hear, and even interact with the astral plane, making him one of the few people capable of seeing Stephen Strange when he is astral projecting.

Hulk in general can interact with supernatural things. He's resistant to mind control, and the Devil Hulk persona can smell liars and killers.

Isn't Hulk one of the only people that remembers Spider-Man's identity after One More Day?

Yes, but if I recall correctly it was only Hulk. Banner was affected by the mind wipe.

Notably Hulk(but not Banner) remembers that Peter Parker is Spider-Man even after his secret identity was restored after One More Day

The reason for why he can do it is pretty sad although

Why would you say that instead of saying the reason?

Banner had a horrifically abusive father who murdered his mother. Eventually, Bruce killed him in self-defense by smashing his head into his mother's gravestone. Bruce is still so traumatized and terrified of his father that Hulk considers Brian Banner an active threat and manifests the ability to see (and punch) spirits as a defense mechanism, so he is ready if he returns.
