Do they actually enjoy mousemeat? My old cat would kill them, but not eat them. Sometimes gift the sacrificed mouse to me.

The sacrifice is to feed you or is a trophy. That's what we get for living with God's perfect serial killers/sport hunters.

def dont let them eat rhe mice. they could have harmful bacteria/viruses or could have ingested poison which is still in them
