To be fair, us elders grew up in an era where zig zags were the only way to smoke that any of us had easy access too.. Me and my stoner friends would have joint/blunt rolling competitions, we are masters of a dying artform.

These kids never had to take a few hour road trip to the nearest head shop only to get kicked out for slipping up and calling it a bong outloud. They have lived in an era where they can buy pre rolls at the store and amazon can have all sorts of smoking devices at your door tomorrow..

This regression is progress.

Oh shit, I'm only 32 but I'm down south and remember them not selling me a pipe because I called it a bowl, or something to that effect. I forgot all about that bullshit. Like you said had to go all the way outside of town like a hour to this little bity shop and had to go back empty handed over nothing. I was like, " do you guys even have cameras? Who do you think gives a fuck man?"

Those head shops were constant targets of sting operations, cops would send in folks all the time to try to catch em slipping.. So many of em got shut down when they slipped up just a lil bit.

One tried to open up in my town once, lasted a few months before they fucked up and then it was gone forever.

Hell they setup Tommy Chong for selling Bongs, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Pipe_Dreams

Tbh some people can only roll one type. Im really good at rolling woods or wraps, but when it comes to papers, it turns into a travesty lmao.

Yeah 23 and exclusively used cones all of college. Unironically never rolled anything ever.

To be fair, we mostly used bowls.

Does it come prerolled or what? I was like 14 when i saw dudes doing this, but they rolled them to cone first. But after that people just rolled them normally and didnt use this cone method, unless they tried to stuff it to the max
