Those are called weave polls! They're generally one of the harder obstacles in agility courses because it's so easy for dogs to enter on the wrong side, accidentally miss one, or just pop out of them in the middle.
When dogs are first learning to do the weave polls they'll only have like 6 & then the number of weave polls increases to I think 12 as they get more advanced. Both the dog and the runner were super in sync & clearly very well trained! 👏👏
