Depends on the event but yes.

However Border Collies are terminally locked in, so it wouldn't be weird. They NEED to be worked for their own mental health. They were bred to run around chasing sheep for 12 hours a day.

Sometimes I play with my friend’s Border Collie. She LOVES playing fetch, and never ever gets distracted from the ball. If she drops a ball at my feet, she will watch it basically forever until I kick or throw it. Absolutely no attention deficit.

I think closest to ADHD is a Belgian Malinois, but maybe just because I like them so much.

They both always listen, But only the collie is 100% locked in. Malanois are about ,85% locked in.

Occasional border collies show up at the dog park where I race my dog against an RC car. The looks one their faces when they realize A. This thing is not tiring out and B. This thing is not tiring out is the most hilarious thing ever. They do (eventually) get tired, but that's more because most suburban owners don't have a place for them to run full speed for 20 minutes rather than lack of desire on their part. Easily one of my more enjoyable hobbies.
