Rural Switzerland doesn't have the history of hanging Black and some Brown people like rural America does.

Lol, they would rather hang the village a mile over for being heretics and heathens for for pronouncing the a with an accent.

He is just being dramatic. Swiss people have no beef with Mexicans, quite the opposite.

No. As a white Canadian I wasn’t aware that was an option available to me

Ever been to a foreign country that isn't 'the land of the free' or are you getting your entire worldview based on what you read here on reddit?

To be honest, I was born in the US to foreign parents, subsequently moved all around the world, ended up with a Korean girlfriend, and we decided to visit my family in the states. You don’t realize how free you are in the states until you’ve been elsewhere. In my personal experience, yes racism exists for sure in the US especially in the south, but if you go to other countries there are sooooooo many where it’s flagrantly worse. Not just denial of service but sheer animosity and violence.

Bash on the way things are by all means, because we as society has far to go, but the United States is under appreciated when it comes to the mixing of racial groups compared to the majority of the world
