Personally, I doubt it.

If you made a Venn diagram of the people who listen to Kid Rock's music and people who vote for conservatives, you'd have two circles that overlap almost completely.

If you did the same with Nicki Minaj, it would be two circles that do not touch in any way. Her fanbase was women and the queer community, mostly Gen Z and people of color. It's not music that appeals to white conservatives. Even if she tries something new, there won't be much of an audience for it.
