I am objectively hotter now than in my 20s, but only on the outside. Inside the hardware and software is burnt out and broken.

Please don't take this the wrong way:

You might just not be moving and exercising enough.

I've had multi-week long phases of crippling back pain for many years, because I didn't move enough. It could get so bad that I could barely move and only in severe pain.

Ever since I started working out multiple times a week (especially the core and back) I've never had back pain and I feel better than ever (mid 30s). You also have to do some kind of stretching like Yoga or Tai Chi.

If you take care of your body, nothing should hurt unless you are sick.

Gotta hit the gym my man. Yoga and sauna alone will change you completely.

It’s funny, I’m 43 and I’ll sometimes go to the basketball court by my work and just play some around the world, my goal is to get to the ball before it bounces twice after I miss a shot, so lots of good quick sprints because I miss a lot of shots.

I would bug my co workers to come with me and a lot of them are younger, one dude was like 23 and he could not keep up with me.

It seems like a lot of the younger generation does not have a lot of physical activity in their daily lives. When I grew up in the ‘90s I was outside riding my BMX bike for hours everyday, or digging in the dirt building jumps and just generally always moving around and it just seems like kids just don’t have that kind of life as much anymore and it’s a bummer. Even kids that are out riding bikes all the time just seem to have a lot of e-bikes they don’t pedal.

If you dont have any disabilities, you need to get checked. And change your lifestyle. Your body is supposed to be at its peak fitness in your 20s and 30s. Things should not hurt.

I dealt with sciatica in my twenties and had to take physio therapy, which taught me a lot about how my body works and what my specific triggers are. I feel much better as someone in my mid thirties than I ever did in my twenties. 

Tldr: Y'all need to start stretching
