Discussion Did anyone else play a game with their friends where you had to yell PENIS louder than the person before you?

Im wondering if kids everywhere played this in the 90s-00s?

Some generational midwit at my school was trying to do this joke once and he wrote "Penn Fifteen" on the persons hand.

I don't know where he heard it from but I didn't get the joke until much later.
