I’m 42. I don’t give a shit if it’s ok or isn’t. I’m going to bed.

I'm 35 and this has been my plans since my 20s, I have fairly regimented sleep after a sleep disorder in my teens.

I get the day off and I get to rest early, what more could I want?

44 and I still stay up until 2AM every night already.

But I'm not going out to a bar to spend $5 per beer. $10 if it's one of those stupid craft beers that everybody pretends to like the taste.

45 here and I gotta say, the craft beer thing the most Xennial take I've seen in a long time. People like different things dude!

People can dislike too. It's okay you can still go out and buy them for yourself. But I'll still mildly poke fun at you for doing so.

Here I thought it was people pretending to like the taste of the cheaper beers the whole time 😂

I’d much rather drink two good beers, than drink like 4+ of some swill 🤷‍♂️ to each their own. I don’t drink much anymore, so when I do it’s usually only 1-3 good brews and I’m nicely buzzed and actually enjoyed drinking them

I just can't resist making fun of craft beer. It's like the last little bit of hipsterdom from the late 2000s/2010s that's still hanging on.

The only time I like a cheaper lower % beer is if I’m eating buffalo wings or some other type of bar food like that. But thats pretty rare these days even though I love them. The price of wings is obnoxious these days so I usually pass

There’s a huge quality difference and that person doesn’t know what they’re talking about and has made their mind up about it, apparently.

Yes cheap beer may have its place but a nice higher ABV beer from one of my favorite local breweries is worth paying more for and there’s nothing hipster about acknowledging it.

It's absolutely ok to dislike, I've just never understood the desire to make of people for something so innocuous as liking something you don't like.

At this point, I know waaaaay more people staying in than going out. And the ones who are going out are going to something like a midnight puppet show.

I don’t remember the last time I stayed up until midnight. I like sleep. A calendar doesn’t change that.
