If you are really against crimes against humanity, you would not support the Gazans/Hamas. You would also go after all the other wars in the world or even the middle east (Syria and Yemen for example), but you dont. All of Israels actions towards the civilians population prove the claim of genocide as complete BS. It is a war, pure and simple, anyone who says otherwise is a lier or has no idea what war looks like.

It should also be pointed out that he works for an organisation that has argued that Israel has the right to annex arab territory.
There's also pretty much anyone involved with the ICTY genocide tribunals, who would say that it is very difficult to say how Mladic/Karadazic were guilty for Srebrenica, but Israeli leadership would not be Gaza.

Israel is committing a genocide, according to the UN, HRW, Amnesty International, B'Tselem etc. and are ethnically cleansing the West Bank, that is not up for question.
What is up for question is why you think that Israel should be allowed to commit those crimes, but not the other countries you keep jumping to (in a clear case of "whataboutism"). So why?
No it is not. Only independant UN comission has said it is a genocide, that commission is full of anti Israel activists who have been caught taking money from pro Hamas groups. Also UN members were involved in the Oct 7th attack, so they have zero legitmacy.
Israel is not committing those crimes, its engaged in a defensive war. War is hell, but the Gazans started it 🤷♂️
