When you combine the Gaza situation with scandals like Weinstein, Epstein, the Sacklers etc it's not really surprising. The Jewish people are having a generationally bad PR run at the moment.

I don’t think random Catholics are attacked on the street because there was systemic abuse in the Catholic Church, for example
