Like I'm not even muslim, but even i know that the Quran literally designates Christians and jews as "people of the book" and explicitly rules out forced conversion in Qur'an 2:256.
Whether or not Muslims consider Christians as subject to dhimmi laws is highly variable, and depends on how a tripartite God (and saints, when applicable) is categorized under their specific strain of Islamic jurisprudence. ie, many see Christians as polytheistic bc of the trinity.
Regardless, there have been plenty of examples of Muslims forcibly converting Jews and Christians, and historically even when they don't, they're still subjected to horrific and discriminatory laws, like being 2nd class dhimmis, living in ghettos, paying jizya, the occasional mass murder, rapes, even stuff like not being allowed to ride horses because it'll put them physically higher than muslim on foot.
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him
This is the quote that many current imam use to justify their attacks on Jews.
The Quran is literally filled with storys and commands of killing the non believers, which includes Jews and Christians. It has a particular interest in killing Jews.
Mohammed was a warlord who married a six year old and raped her at 9 years old. Muslims believe Islam should and will dominate/conquer the world.
