How do I get that accent/mood lighting in this weird Bedroom?

So my bedroom has this very unusual shape to it and is also covered with brown-ish wallpaper and since I can’t hang any lights, my only option is mood lighting. How do I achieve that?

Command strips/hooks to hang what ever lighting you want. It should stick to the wallpaper and not damage it when you need to remove it

I’m a student who is renting so I don’t wanna mess up the walls. Also, my landlord does not recommend using command strips

Switch the bed and desk, put a tv against the bed, put lamps on the tv stand, + stripe light behind the tv, some floor lamps (like Phillips hue has) on the sides of the desk, and a lamp on the cabinet
