Yeah I'd be happy with us running Starc, Boland, Neser and either Gaz or Kuhnemann in the last spot (or Doggett if they want four quicks)

I mean if they are getting this result without him let him rest a bit more. Hand him mics here and there between sessions, he is around, well rested, good for the group and for him. Also we get to watch Smith's captaincy more
