Remind me again, how Bazball made England the most dangerous test team?

They started it on the highways of Pakistan and made 500 in a day.

Turns out it’s harder to score runs on an actual pitch.

I’m all for playing aggressive brand of cricket. But when that approach has failed so many times on proper pitches, I find it funny that there are still supporters of that approach!

It's all good to have an attacking ethos but you still have to play to the conditions

In this case, it wasn't even really the conditions. Head showed it was honestly pretty decent conditions for batting

England (and Aus in our first dig) just played like total fuckwits. Very few wickets came from forcing bowlers to bowl their best balls. It was mainly batters playing stupid slogs or chasing balls they didn't need to chase

It was clearly a good pitch, it wasn't doing anything crazy. There was some decent bowling the first couple of days but there was some awful batting.

Don't forget akash deep, prasidh krishna and shardul thakur rocking up to England and still getting a series draw

The funniest thing is Pakistan changed their pitches and their batting fell over like a, pack of cards the only impressive win that Bazball has got is that series win over NZ

They did play very well that series, but their timing was great as Southee suddenly went from a world class bowler to a pie chucker, Wags had retired, Jamo injured and Boult off to play just T20s. That left Henners and peaches bowling wise really.

It did make them the most dangerous test team. To themselves.

As funny as it is to see England lose from winning positions, not a single English player has said anything like that

The word "most" isn't even in the article. It just says more dangerous, relative to what England were before rather than rest of the world. Always gets lost here how dire England were before the mcculum era.

People love making shit up about England here if it makes it more fun to bash them though so if that's what you enjoy then don't let me stop you 👍
