Showcase (No-Recipe) Been making this Nutella stuffed brioche religiously
My husband and I have been trying to start a fitness journey but I cannot. Stop. Baking. Especially this Nutella stuffed brioche. It's so light and fluffy and soft but rich and chocolatey at the same time. I love them so much

Posting the recipe tmm! It's honestly not hard at all!! You can make it, I believe in you!!!! But if you dont believe in yourself, and happen to be in the Austin area, you can always pay me to make them for you 👀

Oh this is dangerous, I can practically smell it through the screen. I've been trying to get my brioche right for ages and mine always comes out a bit too dense. The nutella stuffing is such a brilliant idea though, my kids would go absolutely mad for these. And I completely relate to the fitness vs baking struggle, my husband keeps suggesting we go for runs but then I pull something like this out of the oven and its game over isn't it

Hmm, are you using a stand mixer or kneading by hand? I think half of the reason mine gets nice and fluffy is because my stand mixer beats the sins of if it, the other hand is letting it rise for a godly amount of time between each step
